Your project deserves a helping hand.

How it works

This year, we open the doors wide

We're officially opening our Call for Projects. Six charities will be invited to come and present their project to our committee, this autumn or winter. A simple, direct moment where your idea matters more than your file.

1

You submit your project

The form below takes a few minutes. You have until 1 September 2026 at midnight.

2

Our committee shortlists

Six charities are picked to come and present their project. Shortlisted or not, every applicant gets a reply.

3

The project presentations

You come and tell us your story on Thursday 24 September 2026 in Mons, at our Tablers gathering. A simple exchange, around the table.

4

We move forward together

Financial, logistical or human: we put our energy behind your idea.

Our support

Three ways we can help

Every project is different. Tell us what you're missing, we'll figure out together what we can do.

A financial boost

For equipment, a fit-out, a specific need that unlocks everything else.

Logistical support

Equipment loan, help organising, introductions. We know the ground and the right people.

Our members' energy

Hands and good vibes for action on the ground, on the day and in the run-up.

The support, concretely
500 to 5,000 €
of support per selected project
Up to 6
projects supported this year, budget permitting

How we choose

No rigid scoring. What we look for is a sincere, useful project that truly changes daily life for people here. Here is what the committee looks at.

Local roots

The project concretely helps the Mons and Borinage region.

Human impact

How many people are helped, and how much their daily life changes.

A real, precise need

The support answers a clear need, not a vague expense.

Feasibility

A realistic budget and a project that can truly happen.

A lasting effect

The project leaves a mark, beyond the one-off boost.

Collective spirit

Your team's energy, and the chance for our members to lend a hand.

The essentials

Ready to give it a go?

Who can apply, and the dates not to miss.

Who can apply?

  • A charity, non-profit, foundation or collective active in the Mons and Borinage region.
  • A concrete project with a social or solidarity purpose.
  • Drive and a story to tell. The rest, we'll figure out together.

If you can, have your statutes and quotes ready. They're not required at submission, but they help us move faster.

Key dates

  1. Until 1 September 2026, midnight
    Submissions via the online form.
  2. Early September 2026
Committee shortlists six charities. Shortlisted or not, every applicant gets a reply.
  3. Thursday 24 September 2026, in Mons
The project presentations, at our Tablers gathering.

What does a good project look like?

It doesn't need to be complicated. Take the swing set installed at Espoir ASBL: a concrete need voiced by the families, a clear quote, an immediate impact for the children. Yours can be just as simple.
